Membership Classifications

There are three(3) classifications of membership as follows:  

1. Active Members - are those charged with the specific responsibility for performing or supervising the performance of others, in the field of economic development for the benefit of the Province of Ontario. All privileges of Council membership, including voting powers, are available to active members.
   Fees:
   First member - $265.00 + GST
   Second member - $210.00 + GST
   Third and every member thereafter - $160.00 + GST
2. Student & Retired Members - are those individuals who are enrolled in courses related to the economic development profession or who have retired from the economic development profession. Student & Retired members shall have all the privileges of an active member except those of voting and holding office.
   Fees:
   Student, Retirees & EDP in Transition - $120.00 + GST 
3. Honourary Life Members - are active members honoured for special services rendered to Council. Such membership shall include all the privileges of Active Membership without the payment of dues.
