Jeff Loney is the Economic Development Manager at Bruce County. Jeff's time in both the private and public sectors, equips him with invaluable insights into the needs and challenges facing businesses today. His innovative approach and passion make him a driving force in growing economic prosperity and community development.
Meredith Forget is the Director of Economic Development and Tourism. Meredith has a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies and English from Trent University. Meredith has worked across the province and Perth County by far is her favorite place to live, work and play.
Becky is Economic Development Officer for the Township of Severn, where she manages the economic development and communications portfolio. She holds the Ec.D and CEcD designations and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration. Becky is committed to representing the unique perspectives of small rural communities.
Stephanie Pagnucco is Director of Communications and Stakeholder Relations at Sault College and a recognized leader in civic and economic development. She serves as Chair of the Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board and Housing Corporation, overseeing essential services such as Ontario Works, Early Years, Housing, and EMS across the district. She is also President of the Economic Developers Council of Ontario, advancing professional development and policy advocacy for economic growth province-wide.
With a degree in technical writing and literature from the University of Western Ontario, Stephanie has held progressive roles in government and regional development with the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Sault Ste. Marie Mayor's Office, and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming. She is a certified Canadian Marketing Management Professional and holds an Economic Development Association of Canada designation.

St. Thomas EDC CEO Sean Dyke is a Past President of EDCO, holds a Business Degree from the University of Toronto and is proud to lead one of Canada's first economic development corporations, building on nearly 70 years of history in St. Thomas and along the way, winning two Lieutenant Governors Awards for Marketing Excellence in the last decade and was the 2025 recipient of EDCO's top individual honour – the Joseph A. Montgomery Economic Development Achievement Award.
Nour is the Executive Director of Peterborough Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA). She led the development, writing and production of business collaterals, media strategies and public relations for Kingston Economic Development. Nour holds a Bachelor of Arts and is currently working towards her MBA.
Joani Gerber is the CEO of investStratford, representing the economic development interests of the City of Stratford. Maintaining a global perspective with local impact she is responsible for business attraction and retention, the Stratford-Perth Centre for Business and a variety of special projects including innovation, technology, housing and workforce development. She holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and certificates in Accounting and Human Resources from Conestoga College.
Kyra Knapp is the CEO of KLB Consulting, an economic and tourism development consultancy specializing in strategic planning, economic studies, business development, municipal advisory services, and economic development for Indigenous communities across Canada. She is an Economic Developer Officer for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and spearheading the redevelopment of Wheatley after the 2021 gas explosion.
Tyson brings over 10 years of economic development experience across both the public and private sectors, with a strong commitment to delivering client-focused service to investors, expanding businesses, and community stakeholders. He currently serves as Business Development Consultant for the Agri-food and Food & Beverage Processing sector at the City of Hamilton, where he leads the sector's BR+E program and supports investment attraction activities.
Clare brings more than 20 years of experience in economic development to the Board. She is a recognized expert in foreign direct investment, business retention and expansion, innovation district development, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She previously represented Ontario in the United Kingdom, advancing the province's trade, investment, and economic interests, and led the establishment of Ontario's first Investment Office. Clare also built an award winning, accredited Economic Development Office for the City of Brampton and now leads Economic Development for the City of Toronto, Canada's largest city and economy. She serves on the Board of the International Economic Development Council, Organization of Women in International Trade and the Economic Developers Council of Ontario.
