A 2-day course that teaches community branding, social media techniques, and the ability to create effective marketing content and campaigns.

In this course, you will learn to identify your target audiences inside and outside of your community, craft your community’s brand, and drive economic development using cutting-edge digital tools and platforms. You will analyze numerous examples of effective website designs and be able to explain why they are effective. In addition, you will learn social media strategies and the “do’s and don’ts” of effective content. The elements of a marketing plan will be explained, and you will practice preparing and pitching a marketing campaign.
