We would appreciate input on best practices, examples of when staff has delegated authority to accept offers for properties. Also any process and details that include:
1) Parameters for accepting an offer which may include:
- submission of a site plan,
- an intended construction start time
- job numbers
- sector specific requirements
- performance clauses
- other key information
2) Commission paid to realtors. If a realtor completes the sale or registers a client.
