BCEDA is in need of some additional volunteers to call back businesses that reach out to the Business Hotline. Over 85% of everyone that is calling is wanting a call back by someone who may be able to offer some guidance and assistance. We provide the call details that are recorded by the FortisBC agents, a link to a resource guide that we do our best to update, and a checklist to help you with the conversation when you call back.  

Please email bcwildfires@bceda.ca if you can spare some time. Even 30 minutes a day to call two businesses would be appreciated.
